HOW TO ORDER?

01 Design Submission

After submitting your enquiry, we will discuss about your project requirements and send you an order form link to submit your designs.

Once we received your submission, we will work out and send you a custom price estimate for your project.

02 Sourcing / Product Development

After the price estimate is accepted, we will require you to send us samples for fitting and sizing references.

We will begin the sourcing process to find suitable fabrics and trims for your designs and will send them to you for selection.

03 Samples Development

While the sourcing is underway, our in-house design team will help to finalise your details and develop tech packs for your designs.

We will send these tech packs to you for your confirmation before starting on the samples.

Do note that as everything is made from scratch, it usually takes 2 rounds of sample to get all the details right and ready for bulk production.

04 Bulk Production

Once you are happy with the samples, we will commence on the bulk production after we received your approved samples and downpayment.

05 Quality Control Inspection

When the bulk production is complete, our quality control team will inspect the products to ensure there are no issues.

The products will be individually packed and sealed in cartons, to be ready for the shipping process.

06 Shipping

The final part where we will help you handle the shipping paperwork and arrange for the shipping of your products to your doorstep.

This stage is where the final payment for the balance and shipping will be required before we ship your products.

What Do You Need To Know?

How much do I need to start?

Typically we see clients requiring anywhere from $10,000 for a t-shirt collection to $20,000 for a womenswear/menswear collection of 480 pieces.

What are the minimum quantities that I can order?

The minimum order requirements are 80 – 100 pieces per COLOUR for 1 DESIGN and 480 pieces per ORDER.

For custom developed fabrics, the minimum order starts from 1500 meters to 2000 meters per fabric type.

What are the lead times?

It usually take 4-6 months to be completed using stock fabric and 6-8 months for custom produced fabrics.

Leads time are calculated on estimated from the date we start to the completion of production.

What are your shipping options?

We offer different air freight options to suit your budget or requirement.

We use various shipping providers like DHL, FEDEX, TNT to ship your orders by air freight.

For orders above 500kg/1500 pieces, we offer sea freight options to certain countries.

Do note that delivery time varies by delivery location and ocean freight takes longer than air freight for delivery.
